Rate is excluding: all direct operating costs including but not limited to; landing, handling, fuel, oil and lubricants, ramp services, and parking charges; passenger baggage and third party liability insurance; hull insurance surcharge in relation to operations deemed to have an increased risk by insurers; navigation and over-flight fees; Euro-control charges; passenger taxes; air passenger duty; passenger delay amenities; environmental charges, taxes and levies (including but not limited to climate levies and carbon emission taxes), passenger denied boarding compensation; security charges; customs and immigration charges; de-icing; crew and passenger catering; crew hotel accommodation acceptable to Lessor’s pilot management, crew transport, crew per-diems, aircraft interior cleaning; passenger ground transport; landing rights; airport slots, traffic and diplomatic clearances.

ACMI $3300/BH + crew per diem + crew accomm

2) for period of 18 month from October 2009 till May 20th, 2011 (one summer and two winter seasons are included)
1-2X B737 800, 189Y or 12C+162Y, 275BH/month
ACMI $3450/BH + crew per diem + crew accomm

Average crew per diem: cockpit $100/person/day, cabin crew $90/person/day
Lessee cabin crew can be trained by Lessor if required .
